Which payment methods do you accept?
Cash is King, but we can figure out any payment for any order, I have bank details and Patreon, which are easy options for payment. I do have an ETSY.COM shop which is hooked up to PayPal, so that is also an option.
What is your return policy?
Providing, you roughly know what size you are, there shouldn't really be any need to return. you're buying a fun, hand-printed T not a Breitling. But, I guess if you were totally unhappy about a purchase and you hadn't worn it, then I would refund upon you returning it to me within a week.
What is the quality of your product(s)?
The quality is decent for sure. All T-shirts are 100% cotton, most are 190 GSM, which is a tough wearing heavier weave cotton. They machine wash fine in 30 or 40 degree quick/delicate wash. The inks I use are industry standard, Italian water soluble. The finished product will always be as good as I can get it, but, I am not a machine and I work out of my apartment, so there may be small differences between some T-shirts or a small printing imperfection. I would prefer to think of these things as uniquely identifying marks, a bit like a beauty spot. Embrace the fact you have a one-off product.
Can you print me a specific item?
I would love to. Drop me a message and we'll take it from there. Please understand though, this is a small hobby-ist set up, so request and expectations have to be reasonable. But, to be fair, most colours, basic designs and ideas are do-able.
Do You Have A Physical Store?
Ideally one day, maybe when I have sold a million T-shirts I can realise my dream of renting a 2m by 2m stall at The Dubai Mall, but right now, no. T-shirts are easy to print at home and not difficult to ship so online is fine for now. However, I do often have a stall at "Arte" Art Makers' Market, www.arte.ae which is most other weekends at Time Square mall on the Al Quoz side of Sheikh Zayed Road. Check their website for details. If you see one coming up message me and I'll have an order prepared for you to pick up.
I also have an online store on www.etsy.com. My store is called TEEXB, so hopefully you'll be able to find it.
